Every monsoon, rivers from the Chure hills flood Terai villages. Women and girls carry the heaviest burden: lost toilets, contaminated water and nowhere safe to go.

We help wards set up women-led disaster committees, early-warning links with upstream gauges, raised hand-pumps and flood-safe toilets, and emergency kits that include menstrual supplies. After floods, our teams are among the first to reach families with clean water and hygiene support.
